GENERAL RETURNS
We understand that when you buy our products, you need reassurance that you can get your money back, should you change your mind. To help provide peace of mind, we offer a 28-day return policy, allowing you to take your time without the pressure to arrange returns immediately.
You can return any unopened and unused items, in original condition, within 28 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns of specially ordered/bespoke or made-to-measure products.

Organise your return. Parcel2Go is a useful comparison website.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Don’t have a printer?
That is fine! You can copy the details from the returns form onto a clean piece of paper – so long as it is clear who/what needs refunding. You can also select a returns method that does not require a printer!
What is the Returns Address?
The return address is listed on the Returns Form.
Please note we are unable to refund hygiene items that have been opened or used.
You are not limited to using Parcel2Go - you are welcome to use any method you wish.
Please ensure to select a service that delivers your parcel directly to the returns address provided.
FAULTY ITEMS?
If you have an item that arrives faulty or damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months, it can be returned without any charge. If you believe an item has arrived faulty or damaged, please inform us by email via our Contact page or by calling us on 01952 913112.
Just keep hold of your items, and…
Let us know your order reference and the item that is damaged or faulty
Include a picture of the fault, if it can be clearly seen
Be prepared to provide a batch number, which is often found stamped on the packaging
We can then ensure we provide a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer.
Please inform us before taking any action, as we are not able to refund your return cost if you choose to send an item back outside this process.
