During the Christmas and New Year period, our Customer Service opening hours will change slightly to the following:

Whilst our offices will be closed for calls, you can still send us a message via our Contact Us form, and one of our team members will come back to you as soon as possible during our opening hours.
We’ll continue to dispatch orders as normal over the Christmas and New Year. We work incredibly closely with our delivery partners, and whilst they always do their best to get your order delivered on time, there may be slight delays as they experience a higher number of parcels.
Please Note: For parcel tracking information, please check your emails (including Spam/Junk folders), as you will have received a tracking link with updates directly from one of our courier partners. This will provide you with the most recent, up-to-date information regarding your parcel delivery.
To ensure we can keep giving you great value without the cost, please note that large orders may be split into multiple parcels that may not arrive at the same time. This is done to avoid passing any extra delivery cost onto you so you can spend it on the more important things in life.
Next Day Delivery | £5.95
- Order by 9pm, 7 days a week, for same-day dispatch
- Orders placed after 9pm will be dispatched the following day
- Delivery will be made 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Delivery of your order is between 8am and 9pm
- Available for UK Mainland only (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands)

Standard Delivery | £3.75
- Delivery will be made within 3-5 days working days of placing your order (excludes delivery on Saturdays and Sundays)
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
- Delivery of your order is between 8am and 9pm
- Available for UK Mainland only (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands)

Leave Safe Deliveries
We know that sometimes waiting all day for a delivery can be inconvenient. When placing your order we’ll ask for some Delivery Instructions where you can tell us where to leave your parcel if you’re not around. This could be anywhere, such as in a shed, porch, or with a neighbour.
Leave Safe Deliveries aren't always guaranteed, so the courier may take it back to the depot, where you can easily rearrange delivery with the courier directly on a day that suits you better.
International Delivery
We only deliver to mainland UK and non-mainland (Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands) areas included above.
We do not offer an international shipping service at this current time.
Discreet Packaging
We’re aware of how important your privacy is when receiving your order, so we ship everything in either unmarked boxes or in an opaque bag.
Any postage labels will have a reference to our logistics partner, ChoiceShops Logistics, so that you can be totally confident that the contents of your order are only known by you.
Large Orders
Please note that large orders may be delivered via pallet based on their overall volume and weight.
Orders received by 1pm Monday - Friday that require a pallet delivery will be dispatched the same day.
